Job Summary: Currently the Business Operations Manager for the Regional Customer Service Area (CSA) and Program Manager for the Deployed Services Contract (DSC2) supporting NGA. In this role, responsible directly for leading and managing 30+ individuals and indirectly 180+ members to include Systems Administrators, Security Engineers, Cyber Engineers, at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The combination of both the Regional CSA and the DSC 2 program has over 225 locations and thousands of pieces equipment.

 

Budget and Growth: Oversee and maintain the Regional CSA’s Budget and Resource Management, which encompasses over 225 worldwide personnel and a budget of over $45 million.  Corrected 20% overrun within 4 months of taking over the Profit and Loss responsibility.
